Q. Who are we?
Zenco is an online extension of Chan Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd. It is one of our upgraded service that we are offering to our customers that enables them to purchase online.


Q. Why shop with us?

1. We provide offline support at our 84 showrooms throughout Malaysia.

2. Delivery is fast as all our stock are readily available at our Johor Bahru store.

3. Free delivery is available for all Peninsular areas (Except Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Penang & Gerik) for purchases up to RM1000.00 and above.

4. Free product assemble on site and delivery by our own transport.

5 Large selection on home and office furnitures such as wardrobe, study tables. living cabinets, sofa, benches, beds, mattress, vanity tables and many more.

6. We offer competitive prices for all our products.



Q. Do you offer delivery service and what area the charges?
Yes! We offer free delivery charges for purchases RM1000.00 and above to all our Peninsular customers (Except Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Penang & Gerik). For purchase less than RM1000, there is a charge of RM80.00 per item. We offer pick up services for purchases made online at any of our branches which is the nearest to you. Delivery will be made within 3-14 working days upon receive the order.


Q. Can we pickup up our purchases and where?
Yes. You can pick up your purchases at any of our branches nearest to you. You will need to bring along your IC and purchase receipt when collecting your items.


 

Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept credit cards and internet banking for major local banks such as Public Bank, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong etc. All the payments will be made through IPAY88 gateway and is 100% secure. 



Q. What is my product received is wrong or defective?
It is our policy to inspect products before delivering out to our customers but if in the event of a defective or wrong item, you can submit a refund request. All requests should be submitted to zencojohor@gmail.com or you can simply make a call to our customer support at 0116 122 1063. More information can be found on our return policy page
